Order and Payment Options
Q: How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, add your preferred drinks to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your details and select your payment option, and we’ll handle the rest!
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we accept these payment methods: Bank transfer, mobile money (MGurush+Momo), and Cash on delivery. For any specific questions about payment, please contact our suppor.
Q: Can I track my order after placing it?
Yes, once your order is confirmed, you can track it via our Track Order page. We’ll also keep you updated on its progress through messages, so make sure you type the right email when placing your order.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once the product is delivered. Check our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
Delivery Process and Timing
We strive to deliver within 1 hour for orders within Juba. Delivery times may vary slightly based on traffic and location, but we prioritize fast service.
We currently offer delivery across all major areas within Juba. If you’re located outside these areas, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Delivery within Juba city limits is free for orders above a certain amount. For smaller orders, a nominal delivery fee may apply, which will be shown at checkout.
