We offer two convenient payment options:
- Mobile Money Transfer (MGuush, Momo)
- Cash on Delivery
Please note that each option has specific terms regarding refunds and cancellations as described below.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we only offer refunds under specific conditions:
- Orders Not Yet Delivered:
- Mobile Money Payment: If you cancel an order before it has been dispatched for delivery, a refund can be issued. Please note that a small transaction fee may be deducted from the refund amount due to mobile money processing fees.
- Cash on Delivery: Orders placed for cash on delivery can be canceled without any fee if the cancellation is made before delivery begins. No charges will apply.
- Orders Delivered:
- For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not offer refunds on any products once they have been delivered. This policy ensures the safety and satisfaction of all our customers by maintaining strict standards on product handling.
3. Returns Policy
As a beverage provider, we are unable to accept product returns after delivery. We recommend that customers inspect their orders upon delivery and reach out immediately if there are any concerns or issues with the order before the delivery is finalized.
