1. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Service Area
Dial a Drink currently operates within Juba, South Sudan. Orders outside this area may not be fulfilled, and Dial a Drink reserves the right to restrict service areas as needed.
3. Ordering Process
- Order Placement: Orders can be placed directly through our website. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information to ensure timely service.
- Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, a confirmation will be sent via the contact information provided. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Dial a Drink.
4. Payment Terms
We offer two payment options:
- Mobile Money Transfer: Payment must be completed before delivery for Mobile Money orders.
- Cash on Delivery: Payment is made upon delivery. Exact cash is encouraged to streamline the delivery process.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Before Dispatch: Orders canceled before dispatch are eligible for a refund (subject to a small transaction fee for Mobile Money orders).
- After Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once dispatched for delivery.

6. Delivery Policy
- Delivery Area: We deliver exclusively within Juba, South Sudan.
- Delivery Times: Dial a Drink aims to deliver within approximately 1 hour of order confirmation, though delivery times may vary based on demand and location.
- Delivery Delays: While we strive for timely service, unforeseen delays may occur. In such cases, we will communicate updates as soon as possible.
7. Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of our products:
- Completed Orders: Once an order is delivered, it is non-refundable and cannot be returned.
- Undelivered Orders: If an order is canceled before delivery, refunds will be issued, subject to any transaction fees for Mobile Money payments.

8. Product Quality & Availability
We work diligently to maintain a high standard of quality and availability. However, if any product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will inform you immediately and may suggest a similar item as a substitute.
9. Customer Conduct
Customers are expected to treat delivery personnel with respect. Dial a Drink reserves the right to refuse service to underage, and any customer who behaves inappropriately or violates these terms.
